Beatles Albums Stopped from Downloading on Bluebeat Website
Billing itself as the low cost download music site, Bluebeat.com has suspended selling of the musical group The Beatles music due to a copyright infringement claim it received.

EMI group served the owner and parent company with the suit.
A slogan of the portal is to "stop the insanity of overpriced online music," the founder of the website Hank Risan claimed no harm and no copyright infringement.
U.S. District Court of the Central District of California had approved a temporary restraining order against BlueBeat.com which was dated November 5, 2009.
The site was reportedly offering the Beatles songs for 25 cents each. Some albums still are seen as available to download with redirects to other online sites for actual sales.
